In the initial hour, Top Notch Racing set the pace, leading the pack with precision and skill. Their strategy seemed flawless, and by the end of the first hour, they had a firm grip on the top spot.
As the second hour unfolded, the dynamics of the race took a surprising turn. Team Travis encountered a spin but managed to hold onto their position, consolidating a commendable second place place despite the setback. Top Notch Racing, however, continued to dominate, leading with an impressive 165 laps.
Entering the third hour, the leaderboard showed Top Notch Racing still in control with 238 laps. Team Travis, with the fastest car on the track at that moment, was making a steady climb, reaching 228 laps. Da Boyz were not far behind at 189 laps, while No Clue unfortunately faced an early retirement with 99 laps under their belt, pun intended. I broken drivebelt was there demise.
Just when it seemed like Top Notch Racing was destined for victory, a rear shock failure shook their position. Team Travis seized the opportunity and started closing the gap, gradually unlapping themselves from the leaders.
The race took an unexpected twist as both Da Boyz and Top Notch Racing experienced blown tires, reshuffling the leaderboard. Team Travis capitalized on these incidents, showcasing their resilience and determination. They completed an impressive 474 laps, clocking their fastest lap on lap 445 and crossing the finish line with a 30-lap lead over Top Notch Racing, who finished in second place with 444 laps. Da Boyz claimed the third spot with 253 laps.
